Following partnerships with Nsure and InsurAce who offer protection against smart contract vulnerabilities and custodian risk of wallets, CoverCompared is taking it one step further and is now venturing into the realm of health insurance. Our platform will now offer Medical Second Opinion (MSO) products for users where they can choose from a wide range of different MSO insurance packages based on their needs.
We are constantly growing and expanding our platform to ensure that CoverCompared offers users products that are of the highest quality and meet every possible insurance need in the crypto market. We are going to be the first ever platform where health insurance can be bought using cryptocurrencies!
What is MSO?
Our first foray into health insurance entails the inclusion of Medical Second Opinion products on our platform. MSO provides second opinions from some of the most qualified medical experts from a consortium of top hospitals internationally. This group of medical institutions all form part of the World Class Doctors Network. Moreover, the success rate of MSO is quite high — 65% of MSO’s actually result in a change of treatment plans.
When a user wants to subscribe for an MSO product, they gain the opportunity to get secondary medical opinions from any expert in this network. World Class Doctors have operations in 57 countries and are backed by over 25 years of MSO experience. The integration of MSO onto CoverCompared has been extensively researched to ensure we are offering our users the most affordable and highest quality health insurance products.
